The family of an Owensboro woman found strangled last year is reportedly suing her husband.
Calvin Stoudt is facing murder charges in the death of Corrine Stoudt.
Calvin Stoudt told police he found his wife dead when he came home from church. Four months later police arrested him for the crime.
The coroner ruled she was strangled and suffocated.
Now Corrines family has filed a wrongful death suit seeking damages.
Calvin Stoudts trial is set for the end of September.
