Misty Davis Decision

Another judge says Misty Davis is *not* married to Nick Harbison.
Judge MacGriffin in Daviess county denied Davis request to reinstate her marriage to Nick Harbsion.
He killed three people and attempted to kill a fourth last year in a Pike county cornfield.
Davis is accused of giving police false information and assisting Harbison.
Davis said she and Harbison got married in Daviess county before the crime.
Earlier an Indiana judge ruled that marriage invalid because Davis was only 17.
Under Indiana law a spouse cannot be charged for a crime.
