Man Killed in Crane Accident Identified

A 52 year old Smith Mills man died in a crane accident in Henderson. The Henderson County Coroner Bruce Farmer says Larry Kincaide died when a part of a crane shifted broke off and dropped on Kincaide and one of his co workers. Crews from M. Bowling construction were repairing a boom crane on the Old Riverside Downs Property on Sunset Lane around two yesterday afternoon. Kincaide noticed his coworking lying on the ground - he went to help and the crane fell on him. Farmer says he died of massive head and internal injuries. Farmer says the coworker is listed in critical condition at St. Marys medical center. Visitation for Kincaide will happen from three until eight tomorrow and 9 am until the funeral services Monday at Tapp Funeral Home in Henderson.
