Joyce Harbison - Trial Date Continued

The stepmother of confessed killer Nicholas Harbison will NOT go to trial next month. A Pike County Superior Court pulled Joyce Harbisons trial date. Joyce Harbison is accused of helping her stepson elude capture after he gunned down four people in a Pike county cornfield. Three of those victims died. Joyce Harbison will be back in court in October... when a new trial date is expected to be set.
