Car Dealership Follow-up

A follow up to a story we brought you last month about a Gibson County car dealership accused of shady business practices.
On Wednesday, the dealerships owners appeared in court.
In July, upset customers of Spike Motoplex told FOX 7 they werent receiving titles for cars they had purchased off the lot.
The sheriffs department started an investigation...and the dealership ended up filing for bankruptcy.
A judge approved the motion and the bankruptcy proceedings will move forward.
Customers who havent received titles have been advised to hire legal counsel.
