The Army is hoping a $20,000 incentive will entice young men and women to serve Uncle Sam. The military branch is offering new recruits the quick-ship bonus to leave for boot camp by the end of September. The reason? To meet recruiting goals. The Army has seen an increase in recruits over the summer and is hoping the extra cash will persuade people to sign up. According to the Army recruiting command, more than 3500 recruits enlisted within three weeks after the bonus was offered July 25th.
