Schnucks Hopes to Build Another Store

A popular grocery store may soon expand in northern Vanderburgh County.
Schnucks wants to build a new store at the intersection of Highway 41 and Boonville-New Harmony Road.
The attorney for the property owner says the store will go in front of the Area Planning Commission October 11th to ask that the land be re-zoned.
Schnucks plans to purchase eight acres at the intersection, but so far no plans have been unveiled for the size of the store or what else may go in the development.
