Evansville man held on child molest charges

A 72-year-old Evansville man is being held on a 25-thousand dollar cash bond after making a court appearance on charges he molested his 6-year-old granddaughter. George Dupire faces three counts of child molesting and two counts of incest. Police say the girl told someone at school about the incidents -- and the school alerted local police. They say the molestations had been taking place since June.
