Jury Selected in Misty Davis Trial

Theres a jury picked in the Misty Davis trial. A panel from Orange County has been selected to hear the case due to pre-trial publicity. Davis is charged with giving false information to police and assisting her boyfriend, Nick Harbison, during his run from the law last year. Harbison pleaded guilty to murdering three people in a Pike County cornfield last summer. He is serving a term of life in prison. Testimony in Daviss case begins Wednesday in Pike County.
