The man in charge of the Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage control has been arrested for driving drunk. Christopher Lilly resigned from his job as chairman and director of the Kentucky ABC after this weekends arrest. He was pulled over midnight Saturday in Jessamine county. Police say his car was missing a headlight and also weaving. Lilly had a blood alcohol level of one point one eight. Kentucky governor Ernie Fletcher appointed lilly to the position less than a year ago.
