An investigation of a massage therapy spa in Evansville ended in the arrest of one of the workers. The charge... prostitution. According to the police affadavit, an undercover officer went into the spa on three separate occasions. He was never offered anything until the third time in, when he asked the massuse, Sjiem Tjong about extra services. Thats when she allegedly locked the door and told the officer to lay down. Each time the officer would indicate he would wait until the next appointment. This happened twice more and the price was left up to the officer, from$5 to $50. While its not known if the business will reopen, police say if it does, the accused will not be allowed back in.
