Some Evansville Middle Schoolers learned a life lesson from someone who learned hers the hard way. Sarah Panzau lost her arm in a drunk driving accident - and today - she shared her story with the middle schoolers. Panzau played two times on the All-American volleyball team for the National Junior College Athletic Association. In 2003 - she got behind the wheel with a blood alcohol level nearly four times the legal limit. She was not wearing a seat belt, and her left arm was torn off as her body crashed through the rear window. Now, she shows students she is living proof that poor choices can have drastic consequences. Panzau also talked to the kids about respecting their loved ones and how she feels shes treated by society now that shes disfigured.
