KSP Help Wanted

The Kentucky State Police are looking for a few good men and women. The agency is now accepting applications for cadet trooper positions. The testing process consists of both written and physical agility testing.
There are several requirements:
-Applicants must be at least 21 years old
-Have a valid drivers license with 6 driver demerit points or less
-Be a U.S. citizen
-In good health
-Possess a minimum of 60 college credit hours
   or an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university
   or be a high school graduate with at least two years of either active military duty or experience as a full-time, sworn law    enforcement officer

   Individuals can obtain an application online at www.kentuckystatepolice.org .  Applications should be printed, completed and mailed to: KSP Human Resources branch, 919 Versailles Rd., Frankfort, KY 40601.
   Applications also can be obtained at any of the 16 KSP posts statewide, at KSP driver testing branches and at KSP headquarters, 919 Versailles Rd., Frankfort.

The phone is manned during office hours from 8 A.M.-4:30 P.M. (ET), Monday-Friday.  A message can be left during non-office hours.
