Mike Sodrel wants his seat back in the U.S. House of Representatives.
The Republican from Indianas 9th district announced Tuesday he is running for the seat again in 2008.
This will be the fourth time he will have battled it out with Democrat Baron Hill for the position.
The political fight started with a loss to Hill in 2002.
He ran again in 2004 and beat Hill, only to lose the seat to him once again in a highly publicized race in 2006.
The campaign will immediately begin raising money, securing a headquarters, and recruiting campaign staff.
