Convicted Murderer Wants Appeal

A FORMER INDIANA STATE TROOPER, CONVICTED LAST YEAR OF KILLING HIS WIFE AND TWO CHILDREN WANTS AN APPEAL DAVID CAMMS LAWYERS FILED THE ACTION WITH THE INDIANA SUPREME COURT YESTERDAY. THE APPEAL ARGUES THERE WERE NUMEROUS ERRORS MADE DURING HIS TRIAL. CAMM WAS CONVICTED IN A WARRICK COUNTY COURTROOM LAST YEAR OF KILLING HIS WIFE KIMBERLY AND THEIR TWO YOUNG CHILDREN IN SEPTEMBER OF 2000. YESTERDAY WAS THE DEADLINE FOR FILING THE APPEAL
