The young man seeking to place the ten commandments in the Henderson county courthouse is still fighting.
Tuesday morning Ian Gerard brought several pages of legal information to support his request in front of the Henderson fiscal court.
Although Gerard was not added to the agenda, he showed up in hopes to make his case after the meeting.
The court system did deny Gerard, but he says theyve yet to adequately investigate this legal matter.
