The father of a North High school football player is banned from school events after alleged disruptive behavior during school games. Dion Pendleton, Sr. can no longer watch his sons football games at North. The father of North High school quarterback Dion Jr. was escorted out of the September 7th North versus Memorial game. The uncle of Dion Jr., Reverend James Johnson, Sr. says after that incident Dions dad received a letter from the EVSC banning him from all school events. But says that he was there at that particular game and the father did not use any profanity. Johnson went on to say that he doesnt know what happened in previous incidents involving the dad but he says this is unfair to the son. EVSC spokesperson Marsha Jackson would not get into the details of this case but says they look at each one individually. She says they do not tolerate allow profanity or physical threats at EVSC events.
