Efforts to restore the restricted ten foot lanes back to 14 feet hit a snag this weekend. A pump malfunctioned on a high-pressure water sprayer used to blast up traffic control stripes. Transportation officials are advising motorists to be aware of the restricted lanes and use caution when crossing the southbound bridge. The bridge will continue to only have one lane open during overnight hours until sometime after Thanksgiving.
