Dog Hung From Tree

Some kids on Indiana street discover a dog dangling dead from a tree.
The dog reportedly belonged to residents of 2203 Indiana, but no one was home when officers arrived.
According to police reports, no dog food was in sight, and there was large amounts of mail in the residents mailbox, suggesting the residents had not been home in some time.
No one has yet been charged in the dogs death.
