Murder Indictment

An Ohio County Grand Jury returned a murder indictment against Robert Casey. Police found Caseys girlfriend, Theresa Hicks, dead in a car in Hartford, Kentucky last month. They say Casey originally told them Hicks had jumped from the car, but witnesses say the two had been seen arguing earlier in the day. The Grand Jury also indicted him on charges of assault, violating a protective order and driving while under the influence.. Casey is due back in court Friday.
