Abuse Investigation in Warrick County

An abuse investigation is underway in Warrick County.
The victim is about a year old.
The suspect is only about a year-and-a-half.
The investigation is going on at Julies Tender Hearts Day Care Center in Newburgh.
One toddler apparently bit another several times.
Warrick County Sheriffs deputies are taking the complaint seriously enough to investigate the matter.
Deputies have not said if charges will be filed, but they say they obviously could not file charges against a 1-year-old and they could not charge the parents because the parents werent there.
