Murder Investigation

A homicide investigation is underway in Vincennes, Indiana.
Just after three this afternoon, police responded to a battery complaint at 815 North 12 Street, and allegedly found a suspect attempting to leave.
A female was found inside the residence not breathing.
The woman was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.
At this time no names are being released, but the Vincennes Police Department has plans to charge the suspect with murder.
