We now know the name of the victim in Sunday's brutal murder in Vincennes. Monday morning, local police identified the body as that of 21-year old Allison Rinsch. Police have charged her boyfriend, Damon Catt, with her murder. Catt has pending charges for meth and has served time in the past for battery. Police report the couple had a history of domestic disturbances. They said Monday morning that Rinsch called them about a half-hour before she was killed. When they came to check it out, Catt wasn't there. 30 minutes later, she was found dead. A witness told FOX 7 Sunday that Catt slit his girlfriend's throat and then told her, the witness, to call police. We'll bring you more information as the case unfolds.
