Two Dubois County dog breeders are overwhelmed by the nearly 200 dogs on their hands. Breeding got out of control a few years ago. Now that breeder Becky Kempf has cancer and her husband is disabled, theyre finding it more difficult to find homes for the animals. But, the nearly 200 dogs are still cared for. Tuesday morning the Vanderburgh Humane Society hopes to take 100 of the dogs and puppies off their hands. The dogs will all be needing homes for the holidays. If you and your family are interested in adopting any of these dogs, contact the Vanderburgh Humane Society.
