Roll the credits- the shows over for the old Starlite Drive-in property. The city of Henderson voted yes on a first reading to rezone the land. City commissioners say the 8.5 acres of land will be rezoned from agricultural to general business use. The development plan says its not intended to be a bustling business district. Instead, itll become home to community banks and neighborhood businesses. City manager Ben Saeg says commissioners knew all along the kind of redevelopment theyd like to see and took the necessary steps to get there.
