Fatal Accident

A tragic accident on the Lloyd Expressway today claimed three lives, including two children.
The driver of the car carrying two children lost control eastbound on the Lloyd near Rosenberger.
The car crossed the median and into the path of a truck.
A motorist traveling behind that truck saw it all.
Joe Stewart: " I saw the car hydroplane, do a 360, get to the trucks path and the truck hit it, t-boned it on the drivers side."
Cpl. Steve Green: "Just looking at the vehicle, it was hit really hard, I mean that one of the worst accidents Ive seen, the damage on that vehicle. "
The names of the deceased have not been released pending notification of kin.
The driver of the truck, and a passenger were transported to an area hospital with injuries.
Speculation that wet roadways may have been a factor, but police are still investigating what exactly caused the crash
