A suspect is arrested in the murder of 22-year old Brooke Balbach.
Warrick County Sheriff's department says 25-year old Preston Taylor of Dale was arrested just after five this evening.
Taylor is being charged with murder and feticide because Balbach was four months pregnant.
She was found dead Friday morning in her home on State Road 161 near Selvin.
Her boyfriend first on the scene.
But just how Taylor may have killed Balbach police still won't say, only stating that she wasn't shot.
Balbach's uncle Charles Stephens says she was a very beautiful girl, very kind, very considerate, and wouldn't hurt anyone.
Stephens says the family is now gathered planning for her funeral.....remembering that it wasn't too long ago that the family was celebrating the news that she was pregnant.
They found out he says that she was having a girl through the autopsy done early Saturday.
The Warrick County Sheriffs department says formal charges against Taylor will be prepared and filed on Monday by the Warrick Prosecutors office.
The Warrick County Coroner says autopsy results will not be released pending a toxicology report due in two weeks.
