An Evansville man apparently did not get everything he wanted for Christmas so it's believed he took matters into his own hands.
Now he is on Santa's, and the Police Department's, naughty list.
Police say Ryan Desmith broke into the Subway restaurant on East Walnut around 6:30 Christmas night.
When officers arrived, they yelled at Desmith, who showed up at the drive-thru window with a bag of food.
He reportedly told officers he was trying to find something to eat for himself and for a dog he had recently found.
Police found a dog tied to a nearby dumpster, but Desmith still faces charges.
