Stealing Coats For Drugs?

Police say a man admits to stealing womens coats to pay for a drug habit. Evansville officers arrested William Rogers for allegedly stealing a womans coat from Macys Saturday. According to police reports, rogers has been arrested numerous times on theft charges. Rogers has allegedly taken nearly eight thousand dollars worth of womens coats from Macys. While in custody, police say they also found rogers had a glass pipe, landing him an additional charge of possession of paraphernalia.
