Police arrested an Evansville woman for purposefully crashing her car into another car.
Police say they received a call that Heather Williams was chasing a couple in her black Pontiac. Williams allegedly rammed her car into her ex-boyfriend's vehicle. He and a female passenger were stopped at a light on south Green River road when it happened.
