The Kentucky State Police says there was one less fatality on the roadways this holiday season.
This year seven people were killed in six crashes.
That includes the deaths of the two people in Ohio county yesterday.
The KSP responded to six crashes last year, but eight people lost their lives.
Alcohol was a suspected factor in one of this years crashes.
None of the seven people who were killed were wearing seat belts, but one was a pedestrian.
One last note, in all of 2007, the KSP reports 61 fewer deaths than in 2006.
