Melinda Lindauer Pleads Guilty

A Wadesville woman admits shes guilty of killing another woman on Thanksgiving day. Melinda Lindauer plead guilty to reckless homicide in Posey County Circuit Court this morning. Shes accused of shooting at a dog from her back window, but instead, fatally hitting 29-year old Nicole Stroud in the chest. Lindauer faces two to eight years in prison. Time Nicoles family says just isnt long enough. Melinda Lindauer will be back in Posey County Circuit Court, February 8th for formal sentencing for the reckless homicide of Nicole Stroud.
