Update-Missing Muhlenberg County Man Found

UPDATE - Central City police say 49 year old Vernon Neil Gardner went missing Monday. They report he returned home Tuesday night. Officers had searched for him throughout the day Tuesday, but couldnt find him. EARLIER REPORT - Central City Police are searching for a 49 year old missing man. They searched throughout the day Tuesday, but havent turned up any leads. Theyre looking for Vernon Neil Gardner. They say hes 58", weighing 230 lbs with gray hair, a mustache and beard. He has a tattoo on his upper right arm of an eagle. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with white letters, blue jeans and black tennis shoes. Police say he was last seen on Monday at his house on 518 Broad Street. If you have any information, call Central City Police Department.
