An autopsy on the man found dead on East Franklin street confirms the cause of death as loss of blood and a
cut to his right hip.
Patrol officers arrived at the 16-hundred block of Franklin last night and found 50 year old Bailey Bell had been severely beaten.
He died about an hour later at deaconess.
Judy Leann Davis was arrested in connection with his death and charged with murder.
According to the affidavit, Davis told detectives she and bell had been drinking together, when bell grabbed her in an inappropriate manner.
She kicked him between the legs, then kicked him four or five more times in the face and head.
She then went to a neighbors house for help, allegedly telling them she had done something awful.
Davis was arrested and taken to jail
