Someone shot a convenience store clerk in one of two robberies in Owensboro.
The robberies happened Tuesday-- just after six at night at a Pantry store on Leitchfield and then after eleven at Kangaroo Express on Crabtree.
One robber walked into the Pantry, fired shots and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
While two robbers entered the Kangaroo Express also fleeing with money but not before shooting 66 year old Robert Ashby in the leg.
Owensboro police say they are not sure if the two are related, but they do agree that the men are very dangerous.
The suspect from the Pantry robbery is described as a thin black male about six foot tall possibly in his 20s.
The two suspects from the Kangaroo Express are also described as black males but because the were wearing cloths over their faces.....the description is limited.
Owensboro Crimestoppers is offering a reward of one-thousand dollars for any information on the suspects.
