The Patoka Indiana mom charged with murder in connection with the death of her newborn baby is still expected to go to trial next month.
Vanessa Robinson was in court Monday morning to hear amended charges of murder against her.
That charge was added to the neglect charge on Friday.
Police say Robinsons baby was born last March and she wrapped the infant in a blanket and put him in a box in her basement.
Investigators found the baby after Robinson went to the hospital.
The defense plans to present a unique, and likely controversial, argument when the case goes to trial.
