A business owner in Evansville may have wrongly been targeted as a sex offender. Randall Eggers business trailer full of carpet cleaning supplies was set on fire, and the message "get out perv" left on his garage yesterday. Theres speculation that the act was intended for a neighbor who was arrested last month on preliminary charges of child solicitation. Eggers knows the neighbor. He and his wife say they are sickened by the situation and although didnt want to go on camera, released a statement to FOX 7 saying.. "Its a shame that someone is not leaving this to the justice system. Why should he be convicted without a trial. Its a shame. Hes a good kid. And his parents are wonderful.." If you have any information regarding this crime, police want to hear from you
