Mattingly's Wife in Trouble with Law

Don Mattingly's wife is in trouble with the law. 45-year old Kim Mattingly was arrested this weekend by Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Deputies. The baseball coach's wife is charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. The couple filed for divorce in November. Deputies say Mattingly refused to leave her husband's property. She told them Mr. Mattingly had taken her phone, but he said he didn't. Deputies were called back to the home a short time later. That's when they smelled alcohol on her breath. Kim Mattingly is out of jail after posting bond.
