Update-- The Kentucky Division of Emergency Management officials say Tuesday nights tornado in Muhlenberg County peaked as an EF3.
It had a 5 to 7 mile path of destruction that killed three people, injured 23, damaged 82 homes, 32 of them destroyed.
Bob Crick, his wife Diana and their daughter Gilda lost their lives as the twister ripped through the Nolen Mobile Home Park in Greenville.
Family members of the Cricks are mourning their loss, but say it was a blessing they died together because they lived their lives together.
Nolens Mobile Home Park is blocked off and all homes will remain evacuated until power, gas and water lines are repaired.
Original story-The National Weather Service is reporting three confirmed fatalities and numerous injuries from a tornado strike one mile west of Greenville near Powderly in Muhlenberg County. The Sheriff told Fox 7 all three deaths came from the same mobile home. According to the National Weather Service, the tornado hit the Nolen Mobile Home Park at about 7:45 P.M. on Highway 62 West about one-half mile west of the 189 bypass. In addition to the fatalities, dozens of homes were destroyed or damaged. There were also minor injuries and major damage in the Central City area.
