Central City State Of Emergency

In Central City, nearly 30 National Guard troops are helping to secure neighborhoods damaged by the storm. A state of emergency has been declared, and people are being asked to stay away from the city unless they have urgent business there.
There are no reported deaths, and only minor injuries, but damage is extensive. Central City Mayor Jerry Mitchell says he hopes to hear from the governor this morning about how the state might lend a helping hand.
