Sparks literally flew during double drunk driving arrests. Shana Williams is charged with driving drunk, and battery and resisting of law enforcement. She drove by Evansville Police on the Lloyd Sunday with a huge spray of sparks coming out from underneath her car. When officers pulled her over, they noticed a large street sign, with its pole attached, beneath the car. They also noticed alcohol on her breath. Police say her boyfriend, Darrell Ragland, showed up to the scene and put up a fight with officers. They say they also smelled alcohol on his breath. Ragland is charged with drunk driving and resisting law enforcement. The couple is now at the Vanderburgh County Jail.
