New Home owners Assistance Program

Homeowners having issues paying the bills in Illinois now have another way out. Today Governor Rod Blagojevich announced the Homeowners assistance initiative today. Its mean to help Illinois home buyers who are at risk of losing their homes during this sub prime mortgage crisis. The program offers counseling, a pool of money to help refinance, and easier ways to report fraud. For more on the counseling network you can call their toll free line. That number is 1-888-995-HOPE.
