Dubois Co. Judge to Appelate Court

A Dubois County judge is getting a promotion. Governor Mitch Daniels has named Elaine Brown to the Indiana Court of Appeals. Brown will replace Judge John Sharpnack on the court. Sharpnack is retiring May 3rd. Evansville attorney Les Shively was one of the other finalists for the job.
