3 Arrested at a Birthday Party

The three suspects allegedly involved in a birthday party stabbing have now been charged with aggravated battery. Dubois county sheriff's department deputies arrested Marvin Serrano, Wilfredo Portillo, and Jose Alfaro late Saturday night. They also face charges of drunk driving and marijuana possession.
They are all in jail on bond as their immigration status is checked.
As for the stabbing victim, he had surgery to repair his carotid artery and is doing much better.
