Icy Roads Help Nab Drunk Driver

Mother nature helped Indiana state police catch an Evansville suspected drunk driver. Police say 34-year old Lonnie Bates slid off I-164 late last night due to the icy conditions. A state trooper saw his vehicle on the side of the road and pulled over to help. But further investigation revealed Bates was intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level over point-zero eight percent. He was arrested and charged with a DUI.
