Boil Advisory

Due to a loss of pressure, American Water, manager of Evansville Water Utility has issued a precautionary boil advisory for the following areas:
North: Hwy 66 and Mill Road to St. Joe Ave.
South: The Ohio River
West: Posey/Vanderburgh Co. line between Hwy 66 and the Ohio River
East: St. Joe between Mill Road and Maryland, Barker between Maryland and Hwy 62, Tekoppel from Hwy 62 and the river.
Areas bounded by:
Hwy 62, and Optimist Drive on the north, Lemcke and Mt. Auburn on the east, Ray Becker and Maryland on the south, and Barker and St. Joe on the west
Contamination of drinking the water is unlikely, but American Water is advising you boil any cooking or drinking water for at least five minutes
