Rockport Woman Missing

The Rockport police department is searching for a 53 year old missing woman.
The department released this picture of Pelinda Arvin.
They say she went missing Sunday morning and was last seen at 712 Walnut street.
She stands around 5'3, weighs 120 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
She was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with Mickey Mouse on it.
Police say Pelinda is bi-polar and has been known to walk off.
