A high flying construction project going on in the tri-state, most construction sites use cranes, but Vectren, Duke Energy and Big Rivers are building a power line on an island in the Ohio river, to get to and from that island they're using a very big helicopter. This isn't your typical construction site, the method may literally blow you away. Spectators gather to marvel at the flying steel. Ben Johnston has been watching the process in Henderson. This project aims to run a high voltage power line from A.B Brown power plant  to Big Rivers Plant in Webster County, Kentucky. Vectren says the almost 90 million dollar project is in the beginning stages. But beginning or not, some say its still pretty cool to watch. The line will eventually stretch and connect AB Brown, Big Rivers and Duke Energy Plants. The process is far from over, work in Webster County has yet to begin.
