Fulton Avenue in Evansville will Come alive this weekend.

Evansville Streets Alive! is a car-free festival of physical activity and healthy foods.  Streets Alive! will be held on Saturday, June 23rd, along Fulton Avenue, from Maryland Street to Diamond Avenue, between 11a.m. and 3p.m.

People will be able to bike, walk, skate, take a dance class, try yoga or hula-hooping, or just gather for a day of playing and enjoy some healthy food with family and friends.

The event is sponsored by Healthier Evansville, Public TV station WNIN, and the Evansville Area Trails Coalition.  For more information on Evansville Streets Alive!, click here.

Because Fulton Avenue will be closed to traffic during the event, there will be some temporary changes to METS bus routes.  For more on that, click on the attachment below.
