You don't need a personal trainer or a complete diet makeover to better your health, just some easy revisions to your everyday life.
One example is to add more steps each day. Current physical activity guidelines recommend walking at least 10,000 steps per day.
The city of Evansville is helping you get fit through "Walk EVV" and the Upgrade Campaign.
Andrea Hays from the Welborn Baptist Foundation sits down with Laura Kirtley to explain.
